May 3, 1987 I gave birth to my son,
Austin Sherwood
. His birth was the most empowering event in my life. After three cesarean births, and follwed by a fourth cesarean, Austin was my only natural, unmedicated childbirth.
It was a momentous event shared with my husband and doula Lily Fontain.
A sweet, perefct baby who has grown up into an amazing man!
